New York Defense Attorney Profile

Hello! Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Stacey DeLoach and I am attorney in the New York Greater Capital Region specializing in Traffic Tickets, DWI, Criminal Defense, and Real Estate.

I grew up in this area before attending Syracuse University where I received my Bachelor Degree in Policy Studies and Geography. I graduated from Pace University School of Law with a Certificate in Environmental Law.

I am licensed to practice law in the states of New York and Massachusetts as well as the Northern District of New York. I am a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Defenders Association, and the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce.

Since graduating from Law School I have practiced mainly in the areas of traffic tickets, DWI defense, criminal defense, and real estate. I pride myself in ability to communicate with my clients and represent their best interests in Court. I believe that my professional relationships with the Courts, local prosecutors, and other attorneys allows me to effectively represent my clients.
